I’m Susan Barnett, a Delaware Valley native, six-time Emmy Award winning journalist, television host, and real estate agent with the Tallon Olenik Team.

Backed by a team with more than 25 years of experience helping buyers, sellers, and investors, I bring a media driven approach to real estate throughout Philadelphia’s western suburbs, with a focus on Media, Edgmont Township, Newtown Square, and surrounding Delaware County communities.

After years anchoring CBS 3’s *Eyewitness News*, I now use my storytelling, communication, and video expertise to help homes stand out and help clients make confident real estate decisions.

Raised in Bucks County and a Delaware County resident since 2006, I offer local insight, market knowledge, and a strong eye for design, lifestyle, and the potential of a home.

Outside of real estate, I continue my television work as a Guest Host on QVC and Brand Ambassador for Algenist Skincare. I live in Newtown Square with my husband, Greg, our three children, Blase, Steele, and Cruise, and our two bernedoodles, Maggie and Meadow.
