I have spent 11 years as a licensed real estate professional, helping clients buy, sell, and invest with clarity and confidence. Since 2007 I have also been actively buying and selling real estate myself, giving my clients the benefit of real world experience as they work toward their own real estate goals. I understand that buying or selling a home is more than just a transaction. It is a life changing experience. From first time home buyers, to sellers who want to maximize their profit with the least amount of hassle, to savvy investors looking for the right opportunity, my team and I have seen it all and take great pride in the relationships we build and the results we deliver.

In addition to serving residential buyers and sellers, I am deeply involved in real estate investing myself. I am one of the owners of The Bookhouse Hotel, which I opened about two years ago with two partners, including my fellow team lead, Stephanie Olenik. The Bookhouse recently expanded to a second location in West Chester, Pennsylvania. I also own an Airbnb in Florida, manage rental properties, and flip houses. These hands-on experiences allow me to offer practical, real world guidance to investors at every stage. I also run the Delaware County chapter of Diversified Investors Group, DIG, where I help educate and connect local investors.
