I am a full time real estate professional based in Media, Pennsylvania, serving clients in the city of Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs, including Delaware County and Chester County. Over the past decade, I have diligently built my business primarily through referrals by focusing on relationships, honest communication, and transparency. By educating my clients at every step, I empower them to make decisions that are truly best for them. I work as both a listing agent and a buyers agent, specializing in first time home buyers, first time sellers, and sellers upgrading to a second home.

I co lead the Tallon and Olenik Team with my partner, Stephen Tallon. Our shared goal is to ensure that every client feels confident and comfortable throughout the transaction process while securing the best possible terms. I am also one of the owners of The Bookhouse Hotel brand, a collection of book themed boutique hotels that combines my love of hospitality and literature. Along with my partners, I helped open the first location and recently expanded The Bookhouse to a second location in West Chester, Pennsylvania. In line with my investment focus, I also own a portfolio of long term rentals and stay active in property development, including flipping houses with my husband.

Outside of work, I am a wife and stepmom to a wonderful daughter, and I love spending time with my family and our dogs, Kevin and Jessica. I enjoy exploring interior design, creating art, and catching Sixers games with my husband.
